Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 1283/QD-SGDHN dated October 20, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of Thien Nam Trading Import Export JSC’s shares (stock code: TNA) stock as follows:
-  Ground for trading restriction: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025;
- Reason for trading restriction: The Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason: The Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 for more than 45 days;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Thien Nam Trading Import Export JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 655/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025.

Notice on stock status
On October 20, 2025, HNX announces Notice No. 4620/TB-SGDHN the status of Thien Nam Trading Import Export JSC’s shares (stock code: TNA) as follows:
- TNA shares are under continued trading restriction according to Decision No. 1283/QD-SGDHN dated October 20, 2025 due to the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Consolidated Semi-Annual Financial Statements 2025 & Audited Consolidated Financial Statements 2024 for more than 45 days according to the provisions at Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange. Trading time: Only allowed to trade on Friday sessions every week from the date the shares are removed from the list of suspended trading.
- TNA shares is under trading suspension according to Decision No. 1216/QD-SGDHN dated November 22, 2024 due to the company seriously violates the obligation to disclose information as prescribed in Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, according to Point d, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
