Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
On October 20, 2025, HNX announces Decision No. 1281/QD-SGDHN on the continued trading restriction of Song Da - Thang Long JSC’s shares (stock code: STL) as follows:
-  Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025;
- Reason for trading restriction: The Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction: The Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 for more than 45 days; the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year; the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2016; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2016;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, b, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Song Da - Thang Long JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 854/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025

On October 20, 2025, HNX announces Notice No. 4618/TB-SGDHN on the status of Song Da - Thang Long JSC’s shares (stock code: STL) as follows:
- STL shares are under continued trading restriction following to Decision No. 1281/QD-SGDHN dated October 20, 2025 due to the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025 for more than 45 days; the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 for more than 45 days; the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year; the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2016; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2016 according to the provisions at Points a, b, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange. Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- STL shares are under trading suspension following to Decision No. 595/QD-SGDHN dated May 23. 2025 due to the Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law; being placed in trading suspension according to the provisions at Point e Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
