FLC: Resignation letters

On 20/10/2025, FLC Group JSC announced to have received Resignation letters by Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong from his position of Deputy Managing Director-cum-Person in charge of corporate governance and by Mr. Do Manh Hung from his membership of the Board of Directors.
