MFS: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Mobifone Technical Services Joint Stock Company (MFS), Investor management division, level 3, TTC building, no.19 Duy Tan, Cau Giay ward, Hanoi on working days from 27/11/2025.
Original ID card, letter of introduction (for institutions), original ID card of receiver have to be presented.
In case of authorization, power of attorney certified by the commune/ward people's committee of shareholder's residence area or notarized and ID card of the authorized person have to be presented.
Far-away shareholders can send the dossier (as instructed by the Company) via post to the Mobifone Service office at the above address. Written forms related to the dividend are posted on the website: www.mobifoneservice.com.vn.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
