Pursuant to the notice no. 211/2025/TB dated 21/10/2025 of Van Dat Group Joint Stock Company (Securities code: VDG) for cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 extraordinary general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as following:
Cancel the record date: 27/10/2025 for 2025 extraordinary general meeting with Notice no. 1832/TB-CNVSD dated 08/10/2025 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: At the request of Van Dat Group Joint Stock Company.
