     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Payment method: Cash dividend payment in 2024
          - Exercise rate: 25% per share (each share receives VND2,500)
          - Place of payment:
               + For undeposited shares: MobiFone Service JSC on working days from 27/11/2025, at the following address: Shareholder Management Department – MobiFone Service JSC, 3rd Floor, TTC Building, No. 19 Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City.
When receiving dividends, shareholders must present their original Citizen Identification Card. For institutional shareholders, an authorization letter and the original Citizen Identification Card of the authorized person are required.
If a shareholder authorizes another person to receive the dividend, the authorized person must present an authorization letter certified by the People’s Committee of the ward/commune where the shareholder resides or notarized, along with their original Citizen Identification Card/ID card.
