- Contents: seeking opinions via postal ballot for revising, supplementing and registering business lines
2. 1st advance payment of cash dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 28/11/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Traphaco High Tech Joint Stock Company, 140-142-144, Area A Dia Chat, Nhu Quynh commune, Hung Yen Province (Monday - Friday on working hours) from 28/11/2025. ID cards/passports have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
