CTX: Information disclosure on maximum foreign ownership rate

On 28/10/2025, Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Corporation announced Official Dispatch No. 209/CV-CTX-TKTCT as follows: State Securities Commission Official Dispatch sent Official Dispatch No. 6766/UBCK-PTTT dated 27/10/2025 to Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Corporation upon receipt of the Corporation’s dossier of information disclosure of maximum foreign ownership rate of CTX stock. Accordingly, the maximum foreign ownership rate at Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Corporation is 0%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
