- Execution venue: Easterns AHP Minerals Joint Stock Company
- Contents:
+ Proposal for changing Company's registered head office address according to administrative boundaries and revising the Company's Charter.
+ Proposal for dismissing and electing additional member of the Board of Directors (BOD) for the 4th term (2023-2028).
+ Proposal for dismissing and electing additional member of the Supervisory Board (SB) for the 4th term (2023-2028).
+ Draft Regulation on election of additional BOD, SB members 
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting as stipulated by the Charter (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
