Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 25/12/2025 tentatively
- Meeting venue: to be announced in the invitation letter
- Meeting agenda: discussion and approval of issues within the authority of the general meeting as stipulated by the Charter and applicable laws
+ Election of Board of Directors for 2025-2030 term. 
+ Election of Supervisory Board members for 2025-2030 term. 
+ Approval of amendments and supplements to the Company's Charter and internal governance regulations (Internal regulations on corporate governance, Board of Directors' operating regulations, Supervisory Board's operating regulations)
+ Approval of 2025 supplementary plan for construction investment and asset and material procurement.
+ Approval of 2025 salary and remuneration plan for employees, Executive Board, Board of Directors' members, Supervisory Board members.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
