SGS: Decision on the stock remaining on alert

On November 3, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 1332/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on alert:
- Issuer: Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SGS
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
- Other reason: The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
- Applicable law(s): Point a, b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under alert, Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company  shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy
This Decision replaces Decision No. 881/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025
