MPY: Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 6%/share (600 VND per share)
-  Payment time: 01/12/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend bank transfer or cash at Phu Yen Urban Environment Joint Stock Company. Address: 72 Tan Da, Tuy Hoa Ward, Dak Lak Province on working days from Monday to Friday every week, starting from December 1, 2025. ID cards/power of attorney (in case receiving on behalf of others) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
