VLF: Change in personnel

Vinh Long Cereal and Food Corporation announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Quang Tam and Mr. Truong Quoc Linh have resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 30/10/2025;
- Mr. Tran Thinh Vuong has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 30/10/2025;
- Mr. Nguyen Huu Duy has been appointed Chair of the BOD with effect since 30/10/2025;
- Mr. Tran Vinh Thanh has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 30/10/2025;
- Mr. Tran Thinh Vuong has been appointed Chief Accountant with effect since 30/10/2025.
