On November 05, 2025, Vinaship Joint Stock Company announced the information as follow:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 02/2025/NQ-DHDCD of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 25, 2025, Vinaship Joint Stock Company signed a contract to purchase the Bright Hope ship, tonnage 28,201 DWT, built in 2010 in Japan on September 30, 2025.
Contract value: USD9,550,000
On November 5, 2025, the Company received the ship in Japan. After receiving the ship, the company changed the ship's name to "Vinaship Harmony" and implemented the procedures to convert the registration and inspection documents to put the ship into operation.
