Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Planned meeting time: 05/12/2025 - 16/12/2025
- Meeting venue: the Company's office: 6th Floor, Vietnam Journalists Association Building, Duong Dinh Nghe Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City
- Meeting agenda: Approving changes to head office address, tax notice receiving address, appendix to the Company's Charter and other issues within the authority for postal ballots (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
