BVH: Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10.551 %/share (1,055.1 VND per share). The actual amount received will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares will be removed.
For example: shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 11 share on the record date is entitled to receive 11 x 1,055.1 = 11,606.1 shares. According to the above principle, he/she will receive 11,606 VND

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend  at Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company from 19/12/2025:

* Thanh Cong Transaction Office - Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company: Address: 10th Floor, Sky City Building, No. 88 Lang Ha, Lang Ward, Hanoi City.
Documents have to be presented when receiving cash dividend: ID card/passport or other valid legal identification documents of the shareholder; Notarized authorization letter (if the shareholder is an individual authorizing another person to receive).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
