Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Execution time : 21/11/2025 - 15/12/2025 tentatively
- Execution venue: Xuan Mai Investment and Construction Corporation
- Content: Mr. Nguyen Duc Cu's plan to purchase/receive transfer of XMC shares resulted in the ownership ratio of Mr. Nguyen Duc Cu and related persons reaching over 25% of the Company's charter capital without tender offer.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
