TCH: Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 20:1 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 20 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares:
+ Principle of rounding: For fractional shares (if any) arising when shareholders exercise their rights, to ensure that the number of shares issued does not exceed the expected number of shares issued, the number of shares received shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number
+ Principle of handling fractional shares: the fractional shares arising due to rounding will be removed.
- Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 12,345 shares is entitled to receive (12,345x1)/20=617.25 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder will receive 617 new shares and 0.25 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Company's head office. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
