- Execution time: 11/2025 tentatively, after having the list of shareholders (specific time in postal ballots) 
- Execution venue: At the headquarter of PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company, Lot 4H Ton Duc Thang Street, Nghia Lo Ward,  Quang Ngai Province
- Contents:
+ Addition of business lines
+ Revision of the Charter in accordance with the content of adding business lines and updating the business lines of the Company in the Charter in accordance with Decision No. 36/2025/QD-TTg dated 29/09/2025 of the Prime Minister on promulgating the System of Vietnam Economic Sectors;
+ Approval of contracts between PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Petroleum Technical Services Joint Stock Corporation;
+ Other issues within the authority of the General meeting in accordance with the Charter (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
