SGS: Decision on the stock remaining on alert and Notice on stock status

(1) Decision on the stock remaining on alert
On November 12, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 1358/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on alert:
- Issuer: Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SGS
- Base of review: The Company has organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
- Other reason:  The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under alert, Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company  shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy
This Decision replaces Decision No. 1332/QD-SGDHN dated November 3, 2025
- Effective date: 12/11/2025.

(2) Notice on stock status
On November 12, 2025, HNX announces the status of Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SGS) as follows:
- SGS share are put on alert from November 12, 2025 according to Decision No. 1358/QD-SGDHN dated November 12, 2025 due to the reason(s) that The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed in Point a Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange
- SGS shares are under continued trading restriction according to Decision No. 1333/QD-SGDHN dated November 3, 2025 due to the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-Annual Financial Statements 2025, the Reviewed Consolidated Semi-Annual Financial Statements 2024 for more than 45 days according to the provisions at Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
