YTC: Decision on administrative penalties for tax violations

On November 10, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City Medial Import Export Joint Stock Company received Decision No. 3912/QD-XPHC dated November 7, 2025, of Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department on administrative sanctions for tax violations against Ho Chi Minh City Medical Import-Export Joint Stock Company.
Administrative violations are prescribed in Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree No. 125/2020/NDCP dated October 19, 2020, of the Government regulating sanctions for administrative violations of tax and invoices.
Main form of sanction: Fine; Fine: VND18,000,000 (In words: eighteen million (VND), including: fine for tax procedure violations (sub-item 4254): VND18,000,000.
Remedial measures: Adjust the total deductible input VAT on declaration 02/GTGT ​​from January 2024 to June 2025 to be reduced by VND10,713,262,813, and at the same time, adjust the deductible input VAT on declaration 01/GTGT ​​from January 2024 to June 2025 to be increased by VND10,713,262,813.
