Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 17/12/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Company's office (Ground floor), 119 Dien Bien Phu, Tan Dinh Ward, Hochiminh City from 17/12/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
