AMC: Share Issuance for Raising Share Capital from Owner's Equity

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 2:1 (shareholders are entitled to receive 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own). 
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued for raising share capital from owner's equity will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled
- For example: on the record date, a shareholder who owns 11 shares is entitled to receive (11*1)/2=5.5 shares at the execution rate. According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 5 new shares and 0.5 fractional shares will be removed.
 - Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive the shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive the  shares at VIMECO joint stock Company Head office address: Head office of Asia Minerals Joint Stock Company (Lot 32-Area C - Nam Cam Industrial Park, Trung Loc Commune, Nghe An Province, Vietnam).ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
