VPW: Change in personnel

Vinh Phuc No1 Water Supply and Drainage JSC announced change in personnel as follows:
- Ms. Bui Thi Thuy Ngoc has been appointed Deputy General Manager for the term 2024-2029 with effect since December 01, 2025;
- Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong has been appointed Deputy Head of Accounting Department, Head of Corporate Governance and Authorized Information Disclosure Officer with effect since December 01, 2025;
- Ms. Bui Thi Thuy Ngoc has been dismissed from Chief Accountant of the term 2024-2029 with effect since December 01, 2025;
- Mr. Tran Duy Thap has been dismissed from Deputy General Director of the company for the 2024-2029 term; Person in charge of corporate governance; Person authorized to disclose information with effect since December 01, 2025.
