- Planned meeting time: From December 20, 2025 to 16:30 on December 30, 2025.
- Meeting venue: Lot 08, 09 Tan My Chanh Industrial and Handicraft Cluster, My Phong Ward, Dong Thap Province, Vietnam.
- Meeting agenda: 
+ Proposal for approving the Regulations on nomination, candidacy, and election of additional members of the Board of Directors for the 2021-2025 term;
+ Proposal for approving the Regulations on organization, implementation and counting of votes to collect written opinions of shareholders of Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company;
+ Proposal for approving dismissal and election of additional members of the Board of Directors for the 2021-2025 term;
+ Other issues (if any) as prescribed by law and the Company Charter.
