TKA: 1st Advance Payment of 2025 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 1.344%/share (VND 134.4 per share. The amount each shareholder receives will be rounded to the whole number)
- Payment time:  15/12/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Office of Tan Khanh An Packaging Joint Stock Company (Address: D2 Street, Bac Vinh Industrial Park, Vinh Hung Ward, Nghe An Province) on working days of the week starting from December 15, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
