GDW: Postal ballot and 2nd payment of 2024 cash dividend

- Content: dismissal and election of the Board of Directors for 2022-2027 term. (According to Clause 1, Article 22 - Company Charter).
2. 2nd payment of 2024 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 9.86%/share (986 VND per share)
- Payment time: 16/12/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Gia Dinh Water Supply Joint Stock Company, Gia Dinh Water Supply Joint Stock Company – 2 Bis No Trang Long, Binh Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City on working days (08h00 - 16h30) from 16/12/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
