Thanh An 77 Joint stock company received the Official dispatch No. 5825/UBCK-GSDC of the State Securities Commission on Companies that do not meet the conditions of being Public Companies according to the provisions of the Securities Law No. 56/2024/QH15. Thanh An 77 Joint Stock Company would like to announce to the State Securities Commission, the Hanoi Stock Exchange and all shareholders that the company does not meet the conditions of being public company, and after January 1, 2026, the company will be stripped of its public company status.
