ABW: Postal ballot

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Execution time: from 12/12/2025 to 25/12/2025 tentatively 
- Execution venue: Shareholders submit voting ballots within the time specified for ABS by 5:00 p.m. on December 25, 2025 in one of the following ways:
+ Putting in a sealed envelope and deliver directly or send by mail to ABS at the head office address: 16th Floor, Geleximco Building, No. 36 Hoang Cau, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi City
+ Taking a photo or scanning and sending email to: ha.tathihong@abs.vn
-     Content: seeking shareholders' opinion on the Plan to increase charter capital including Offering additional shares in the form of issuing rights to purchase shares for existing shareholders and Issuing shares under the Employment Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
