VTR: Cancellation of the Record date for Postal ballot

Pursuant to the notice no.63-CV/HĐQT -VP dated 26/11/2025 of Vietravel Tourism Joint Stock Company (securities code: VTR) on cancelling the record date for postal ballot, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 02/12/2025 for postal ballot in the notice no.2001/TB-CNVSDC dated 13/11/2025 by VSDC's Branch
Reason: At the request of Vietravel Tourism Joint Stock Company
