TLG: Share issuance for 2024 dividend payment; Advance Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend

1. Share issuance for 2023 dividend payment
- Payment rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 10 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to shareholders will be rounded to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 109 shares is entitled to receive (109 x 1)/10 = 10.9 shares. According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 10 shares and the 0.9 fractional shares will be removed.
 - Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Thien Long Group Corporation on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Advance Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share).
- Payment time: 26/12/2025
- Payment place:

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Thien Long Group Corporation on working days from 26/12/2025. ID cards have to be presented.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
