VCS: 2nd Advance payment of 2025 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 18%/share (VND 1,800 per share).
- Payment time: 25/12/2025
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance and Accounting Department of Vicostone Joint Stock Company,Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, Hoa Lac Commune, Hanoi City (on working days from Monday to Friday) from 25/12/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
