TST: ​Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

(1) Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No.1427/QD-SGDHN dated 05/12/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of Telecommunication Technical Service Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TST) as follows:
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Reason for maintaining the trading restriction: The auditing firm refused to issue an opinion on the 2024 financial statements
- Trading restriction: only traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point C Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Telecommunication Technical Service Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.979/QD-SGDHN dated 08/08/2025 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

(2) Notice of stock status
On December 05, 2025, HNX announces the status of Telecommunication Technical Service Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TST) as follows:
- TST shares are under continued trading restriction according to Decision No. 1427/QD-SGDHN dated December 05, 2025 due to the auditor issued a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2024 as prescribed according to the provisions at Point c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
- TST share are put on alert from August 14, 2025 according to Decision No. 978/QD-SGDHN dated August 08, 2025 due to The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, shares under alert according to the provisions at Point b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
