- Meeting time:  from 25/12/2025 to 05/01/2026 inclusive
- Meeting venue: Shareholders send the postal within the prescribed time to ABBANK no later than 9:00 p.m. on 05/01/2026 in one of the following ways:
+    Putting it in a sealed envelope and deliver it directly or send it by mail to the Board of Directors Office at the head office address of ABBANK: levels 1, 2, 3, Geleximco Building, No. 36 Hoang Cau, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi City.
+    Shareholders should take a photo or scan the postal and send it via email to: ir@abbank.vn
- Meeting agenda: Obtaining shareholders' opinions on the formula for allocating shares to each subject under the employee stock option program (ESOP).
