TVD: Report on foreign ownership rate

On December 9, 2025, the State Securities Commission announced Notice No. 3549/UBCK-PTTT on the dossier announcing the maximum foreign ownership rate of Vinacomin - Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company as follows:
The State Securities Commission has received a dossier announcing the maximum foreign holding rate at Vinacomin - Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company (the Company) at 0%, fully and validly per the regulations of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government of the detailed regulations to implement several articles of the Securities Law (Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP).
Request the Company to disclose information on the maximum foreign ownership rate as prescribed in Section 2 Article 13 of Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 by the Minister of Finance, guiding the information disclosure on the securities market, exercising business activities per the scope of business registration and relevant legal regulations to ensure compliance with regulations on the foreign ownership rate on the securities market of Vietnam.
Request the Vietnam Securities Depository to update and adjust the system on the maximum foreign ownership rate at the Company per the regulations of Section 4 Article 142 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP.
