* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 182/QD-SGDHN dated 17/03/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Bim Son Cement Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: BCC
- Effective date: 23/03/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2025 was negative
- Basis for review: Consolidated financial statements for 2025 of Bim Son Cement Joint Stock Company audited by An Viet Auditing Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025, of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 1021/QD-SGDHN dated August 21, 2025 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the transfer of BCC shares.
