+ Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (SB) on 2025 activities and 2026 plan
+ Report on 2025 production & business results, 2026 plan
+ Proposal for approving 2025 audited financial statements and 2025 profit distribution scheme
+ Proposal for selecting an audit company for 2026 financial statements
+ Proposal for 2025 salary, remuneration and 2026 plan to the BOD, SB
+ Proposal for approving 5-year (2026-2030) production & business plan
+ Proposal for approving 2026-2030 restructuring plan
+ Proposal for the personnel issues of the BOD/SB within the authority of the General Meeting.
+ Proposal for revising the Charter of organization and operation
+ Proposal for revising internal regulation of governance, working regulation of the BOD, SB
+ Proposal for adding business lines
+ Report on 2025 corporate governance (attached with brief report on 2025 corporate governance situation no.09/BC-XLDK dated 15/01/20265 periodically disclosed on 16/01/2026 sent to SSC and HNX, shareholders for information)
+ Other issues within the authority of general meeting (if any)
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Petro VietNam Construction Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
