HTT: ​Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

1. Decision on continued trading restriction
On 26/03/2026, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No.227/QD-SGDHN putting the HTT stock continued trading restriction: 
- Basis for consideration: The audited financial statements (FS) for the year 2025;
- Reason for maintaining trading restriction: The audit firm issued a disclaimer of opinion on the 2025 financial statements;
- Additional reason for trading restriction: The registered trading organization has not disclosed information regarding the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM);
- Scope of trading restriction: Trading is only permitted on Fridays each week;
- Applicable regulation: Points c and e, Clause 1, Article 34 of the Regulation on Registration and Management of Trading of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 of the Members’ Council of the Vietnam Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the HTT stock is placed under trading restriction as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision, Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company must submit a written explanation to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), clarifying the reasons and proposing corrective measures.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 818/QĐ-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange regarding the maintenance of trading restriction.

2. Notice on stock status: 
On 26/03/2026, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Notice of HTT's stock status as follow: 
Trading restriction under Decision No. 227/QD-SGDHN dated March 26, 2026:
Due to the audit firm issuing a disclaimer of opinion on the 2025 financial statements, and the registered trading organization not having disclosed information on the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), the stock falls under the case subject to trading restriction in accordance with Points c and e, Clause 1, Article 34 of the Regulation on Registration and Management of Trading of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 of the Members’ Council of the Vietnam Exchange.
