Decision on putting the stock on alert
On 26/03/2026, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 236/QD-SGDHN on putting the following stock on alert:
- Issuer: Hoang Thach Bagging Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: BBH
- Securities type: common stock
- Effective date: 31/03/2026
- Reason: The issuer's charter capital does not meet the conditions stipulated in point a, clause 1, Article 32 of the Securities Law, as amended and supplemented by point a, clause 11, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15.
- Applicable law(s): Point c, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/03/2026 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed this Decision, Hoang Thach Bagging Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On 26/03/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Hoang Thach Bagging Joint Stock Company (BBH) as follows
- BBH shares are put on alert following from 31/03/2026 following the Decision No. 236/QD-SGDHN dated 26/03/2026 due to the reason the issuer's charter capital does not meet the conditions stipulated in point a, clause 1, Article 32 of the Securities Law, as amended and supplemented by point a, clause 11, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 as prescribed in Point c, Clause 1, Article 33 of Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/03/2026 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange.
