Decision on stock under continued alert
Following Decision No. 369/QD-SGDHN dated 06/04/2026, HNX announces VIG stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Viet Nam Financial Investment Securities Corporation
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: VIG
- Effective date: 08/04/2026
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2025 was negative;
- Basis for review: Financial Statements 2025 of Viet Nam Financial Investment Securities Corporation as audited by International Audit & Valuation Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b Section 1 Article 40 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated 16/03/2026 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision, the Corporation shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 293/QD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on VIG stock under continued alert.
