Following Decision No. 371/QD-SGDHN dated 06/04/2026, HNX announces MTH stock under alert as follows:
- Issuer: Ha Dong Environment Public Service Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: MTH
- Effective date: 10/04/2026
- Reason: The auditor gave qualified opinions to the Financial Statements for over 3 consecutive years
- Basis for review: Audited Financial Statements 2025;
- Applicable regulations: Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/03/2026 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
