MTH: Notice on stock status

HNX announced the status of Ha Dong Environment Public Service Joint Stock Company (stock code: MTH) as follows: MTH shares are under alert according to Decision No. 371/QD-SGDHN dated 06/04/2026 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange as the auditor gave qualified opinions to the Company's Audited Financial Statements for over 3 consecutive years, thus under alert under Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/03/2026 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
