LMC: Notice on stock status

On April 06, 2026, HNX announces the status of Long Beach LMC Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LMC) as follows: 
- LMC shares are put on alert from April 10, 2026 according to Decision No. 380/QD-SGDHN dated April 06, 2026 due to the reason that The equity capital and paid-up capital of the listed organization in the audited financial statements for 2025 do not meet the conditions stipulated in point a, clause 1, Article 32 of the Securities Law, as amended and supplemented by point a, clause 11, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 as prescribed at Point c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 of the Vietnam Exchange.
