LMC: ​Decision on being put on alert

On April 06, 2026, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 380/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on alert:
•         Issuer: Long Beach LMC Joint Stock Company
•         Securities type: Common stock
•         Stock code: LMC
•         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2025
•         Reason: The equity capital and paid-up capital of the listed organization in the audited financial statements for 2025 do not meet the conditions stipulated in point a, clause 1, Article 32 of the Securities Law, as amended and supplemented by point a, clause 11, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15.
•          Effective date: April 10, 2026
•          Applicable law(s): Point c, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Long Beach LMC Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
