Decision on stock under continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 360/QD-SGDHN dated 06/04/2026, HNX announces BHC stock under continued trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Bien Hoa Concrete Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: BHC
- Effective date: 06/04/2026
- Reason: The Company recorded negative owner's equity in the Audited Financial Statements 2025 while the auditor gave disclaimer of opinions to the Financial Statements 2025;
- Trading restriction: Trading is only available every Fridays;
- Basis for review: Audited Financial Statements 2025;
- Applicable regulations: Points a & c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/03/2026 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 147/QD-SGDHN dated 13/03/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on BHC stock under continued trading restriction.
