BCC: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate action processing

Pursuant to the document no.1451/XMBS-TCKT dated 13/04/2026 of 

Bim Son Cement JSC (stock code: BCC) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2026 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2026 annual general meeting, the record date: 23/03/2026 in accordance with the Notice no.525/TB-VSDC dated 12/02/2026 by VSDC.
