PDV: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for 2026 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 111/PDV-TCKTKH dated 17/04/2026 of  Phuong Dong Viet Shipping and Logistics Corporation on cancelling the List of Shareholders for 2026 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the list of shareholders for 2026 annual general meeting on the record date of 27/03/2026 in accordance with Notice no. 209/TB-CNVSDC dated 10/03/2026 by VSDC's Branch.
