HOT: Change in personnel

Hoi An Tourist Service Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Ms. Le Thi Xuan has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 22/04/2026;
- Mr. Le Duc Xuan Khoa has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 22/04/2026;
- Mr. Phan Trung Phi has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 22/04/2026;
- Mr. Phan Van Binh has resigned from Member and Chair of the BOD with effect since 22/04/2026;
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duoc has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the rest of the term 2022-2027 with effect since 22/04/2026;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan has been appointed Member of the BOD – General Manager for the rest of the term 2022-2027 with effect since 22/04/2026;
- Mr. Huynh Huy Hoa has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board – Head of Supervisory Board for the rest of the term 2022-2027 with effect since 22/04/2026.
