Decision on being under continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 567/QD-SGDHN dated May 06, 2026, HNX announces the following stock will be under continued trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Song Da No 12 Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: S12
- Type of security: Common stock
- Base for consideration: Audited Annual Financial Statements 2025;
- Reason: The auditing firm gave a disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statement 2025; the Company has negative equity in its Audited Annual Financial Statement 2025;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 by the Vietnam Exchange;
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading restriction, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 453/QD-SGDHN dated April 18, 2025

On May 06, 2026, HNX announces the status of shares of S12 shares as follows:
- S12 shares are under continued trading restriction following the Decision No. 567/QD-SGDHN dated May 06, 2026 due to the reasons that the auditing firm gave a disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statement 2025; the company has negative equity in its Audited Financial Statement 2025 at Points a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 by the Vietnam Exchange.
