TIE: Decision on continued alert and Notice on stock status

(1) Decision on continued alert
Following Decision No. 561/QD-SGDHN dated May 5, 2026, HNX announces the continued alert of the Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TIE) as follows:
- Base of review: The audited financial statements 2025;
- Reason for maintaining alert status:  The equity capital of the Company in the audited financial statements for 2025 do not meet the conditions stipulated in point a, clause 1, Article 32 of the Securities Law, as amended and supplemented by point a, clause 11, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15
- Applicable regulation: Point c, Clause 1, Article 33 of the Regulation on Registration and Management of Trading of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 of the Members’ Council of the Vietnam Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is placed under warning status as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision, Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company must submit a written explanation to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), clarifying the reasons and proposing corrective measures.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 877/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange on continued alert.

On May 05, 2026, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Notice No. 1911/TB-SGDHN on Notice of the Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TIE) as follow:
- TIE shares are under continued alert as The equity capital of the Company in the audited financial statements for 2025 do not meet the conditions stipulated in point a, clause 1, Article 32 of the Securities Law, as amended and supplemented by point a, clause 11, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15, under Point c Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 by the Vietnam Exchange.
